How you change determines the sustainability of the outcome!

It isn’t enough to talk about change. We must believe in it. And it isn’t enough to believe in it. We must work at it!

Sometimes during worth-while change you may find yourself with at least one foot hanging well over the brink of failure. While the other foot is firmly anchored in success!

It is not so important to be perfectly successful at what you change, as it is to actually undertake what you’d like to change!

If you have the belief that you can change, you can surely acquire the capacity to do it even if you may not have it at the beginning!

Within our comfort zone we apply micro change daily just to maintain the status quo. Transformational change is outside of this zone, but it is within reach and not to be feared!

Efforts and courage are not enough without purposeful change!

We are where we are because of the possibilities of change!

We now accept the fact that learning is a lifelong process of keeping abreast of change. And the most pressing task is to teach people how to change!
